ROHM Semiconductor BR24G512FJ-3AGTE2 is a 512kbit electrically erasable programmable read-only memory that retains stored data information in the event of power failure. The BR24G512FJ-3AGTE2 provides 1KHz clock frequencies in the temperature range from -40℃ to 85℃, and its data can be retained for up to 40 years.
