Description
The CD40106B contains six Schmitt-Trigger inputs. Every circuit works as an inverter with a Schmitt-Trigger input. For positive and negative impulses, the trigger changes at different locations. The hysteresis voltage is defined as the difference between the positive and negative going voltages (V H ).
The CD40106B device is available in both ceramic packaging (J) and regular packaging (D, N, NS, PW). All CD40106B devices are designed to operate in temperatures ranging from –55°C to +125°C.
