ON Semiconductor's AR0132AT 1/3-inch CMOS digital image sensor with 1280H x 960V effective pixel array. It is capable of capturing images in linear or high dynamic mode with roll-up shutter readout. It includes a variety of sophisticated camera functions such as automatic exposure control, open window, and video and single frame modes. It is suitable for low luminosity and high dynamic range scene performance. It is programmable via a simple two-wire serial interface.The AR0132AT produces very clear, sharp digital images and is capable of capturing both continuous video and single-frame images for a variety of applications such as surveillance and HD video. The sensor is compatible with ON Semiconductor's automotive image co-processor, providing megapixel HDR image processing.
