The Microchip MCP73812T-420I/OT is a battery management system for single-cell
lithium-ion/polymer batteries. It is designed to provide a complete solution
for monitoring and controlling the charging of a single-cell battery. The
device features an integrated charge controller, a low-dropout linear
regulator, and a temperature sensor. The device is available in a 5-pin
SOT-23-5 package and is rated for operation over a temperature range of -40°C
to 85°C (TA).
