STMicroelectronics STM6822TWY6F is a low-power, advanced 3-phase motor driver and voltage regulator module, integrating a high-performance FET driver, two 2-phase H-Bridge PWM drivers, and two low-side DACs. The FET driver and two 2-phase H-Bridge PWM drivers provide high-frequency control of the windings of the 3-phase motor. The two DACs allow for quick and accurate control of the low-side phases of the motor. The device also integrates a 16-bit voltage regulator, providing a low-power, low-resistance solution for powering 3-phase motors. The STM6822TWY6F integrates several features to enhance motor performance, including EMC and thermal protection, stall detection and prevention, and pulse frequency modulation. The module also includes an embedded current sensing function, providing an accurate measure of the motor current in real time. Further, it is designed to provide a robust and reliable solution for industrial motor applications.
