General Description
The ILC7280 is two independent 150mA low dropout (LDO)voltage regulators in an
8-pin MSOP package. Each regulator output is independently short circuit
protected and has independent enable lines. The device offers a unique
combination of low dropout voltage and low quiescent current offered by CMOS
technology as well as the low noise and good ripple rejection characteristics
of bipolar LDO regulators.
The ILC7280 is available in a space saving MSOP-8 package.
