The NCV47722 high-side switch (HSS) is 250 mA per channel and is suitable for harsh automotive environments. The device features high peak input withstand voltage, as well as reverse input voltage, reverse bias, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. Integrated current sensing, adjustable for each channel by a resistor coupled to the CSO pin, provides diagnostics and system protection. the CSO pin output current generates a voltage drop across the CSO resistor that is proportional to the output current of each channel. Extended diagnostic functions in the off state are also provided, controlled via dedicated input and output pins.
