Infineon CY7C63813-PXC is a highly reliable, low-speed USB interface integrated circuit that integrates common external components such as pull-up resistors, wake-up circuits, and 3.3V regulators. The CY7C63813-PXC provides 40mA supply current in an 18-pin, lead-free PDIP.
