The BU99901GUZ-WE2 is a general-purpose serial EEPROM from ROHM Semiconductor and is suitable for use in applications with supply voltages from 1.7 V to 3.6 V. The BU99901GUZ-WE2 has a memory capacity of up to 32 kbit.
