Texas Instruments' LM96000CIMT/NOPB is a low-power, temperature sensor power management integrated circuit (PMIC). It is ideal for wearable applications, as it provides an efficient, reliable, and low-power solution for power management. The LM96000CIMT/NOPB features two Buck voltage regulators and one LDO regulator, which provides adjustable current limits. It also integrates a SenseFET and two external N-Channel MOSFETs, ensuring an optimized solution with an improved efficiency over non-switching designs. The PMIC also provides two high-side current-monitoring inputs for temperature measurements. The LM96000CIMT/NOPB also features a high-accuracy analog-to-digital conversion with 10 bits of resolution and a 0.9°C accuracy over a temperature range of -20°C to +85°C. Additionally, the board includes an integrated programmable comparator, allowing the user to monitor and control the system temperature and voltage levels. The LM96000CIMT/NOPB is compliant with TSMC Open Innovation Platform standards, making it ideal for designs that require low power, high resolution, and high accuracy.
