MBRS340T3G Description
The MBRS340T3G is a surface-mount Schottky Power Rectifier in an epoxy-molded housing. In a large area metal-to-silicon power diode, it exploits the Schottky barrier concept. The shape is cutting-edge, with epitaxial fabrication, oxide passivation, and metal overlay contact. In surface-mount applications where small size and weight are crucial, these diodes are ideal for low voltage, high-frequency rectification, or as free-wheeling and polarity protection diodes.
